We will follow a weekly schedule of strength training, cardio and active rest. Sessions will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 19:00 online. Each session will have a brief warm up section before using body weight and resistance bands to train for up to 30 minutes. All exercises are designed to work a wide range of muscles and can be performed in your living room, and adapted for ability; age is no barrier! And will be led by our in house personal trainer to help you develop good form and maximise results.
